薩摩亞金融管理局近期發出通知，從12月開始，會隨機選取薩摩亞公司，針對公司的會計記錄和實益所有權信息進行現場訪問。屆時需要公司提供以下文件以便配合： 
最終受益人信息：
1. 公司經營范圍
2. 有效期內的護照，身份證或駕照
3. 姓名，地址 
公司財務信息：
1. 2015和2016年利潤表
2. 2015和2016年資產負債表
3. 近期的銀行對賬單
 
The Samoa International Finance Authority (SIFA) is planning to conduct an on-site visit in Dec. on focusing on the accounting records and beneficial ownership information of the Samoa companies.
SIFA randomly selected some companies for checking and we are grateful if you would follow up the following documents with your client for their inspection.

Beneficial Owner Information
1. State the business activity of the company
2. Provide a form of identification of the beneficial owner such as a copy of valid passport, a national identification card or driver’s licence; and
3. Name and address

Accounting Information
1. Balance Sheet for the years 2015 & 2016 (endorsed by directors)
2. Profit and Loss Statement for the years 2015 & 2016 (endorsed by directors); and
3. Bank Statement (latest transactions)
